The WRITITATION® Method · Vol. 01 · Cohort 2026
Everything you need to remember is already somewhere.
A 4-week live cohort that turns the WRITITATION® capture-and-recall practice into a working Second Brain: every decision, client thread, and content idea captured once, structured in Obsidian on Andrej Karpathy’s LLM Knowledge Base pattern, and recalled by your agent on request. Built for decision-makers, creators, and business owners who are tired of re-researching what they already know.
Limited to 6 seats · 4 sessions · 8 hours · 4 weeks · Live cohort · online · full refund through your first session.
From the founder
“You already know the answer. It’s just buried in last week’s Slack thread.”
Decision-makers, creators, and business owners don’t lack information — they lack recall. Client history, meeting notes, and the idea you had mid-shower all live in different places that don’t talk to each other, so the same questions get re-asked and the same research gets redone every week.
This cohort starts there. We use WRITITATION®— capture everything, retrieve anything — to build the habit, then wire it into an Obsidian vault your agent can read from and write to. The AI agents are how we ship it; the practice is what makes it worth keeping. I know it works: it’s the same methodology behind a seven-figure FinOps engagement, now applied to your own relationships, programs, and content.
— Ping Wu, founder of WRITITATION®
§02 — Syllabus
Four sessions. One Second Brain that outlives the cohort.
One live session a week, built directly on your own outreach, meetings, and content — not a generic demo dataset. Environment setup is folded into Session 1.
- 01Capture · Week 1 · 2h
Your Agent Stack, Meet Writitation
Environment setup folded in: Claude Chat, Cowork, and Code, installed and wired up. Then the writitation habit — capture every idea, outreach, and decision the moment it happens, so nothing lives only in your head.
→ Your agent stack running, plus your first writitation entries captured.
- 02Skill · Week 2 · 2h
Package the Habit as a Skill
Turn your recurring capture — meeting notes, content drafts, audience feedback — into a reusable Agent Skill that structures itself on demand, no manual redo required.
→ A custom Agent Skill that turns raw notes or transcripts into a structured summary with action items.
- 03Connect · Week 3 · 2h
Email & Slack, Recall on Request
Wire your agent into the channels decision-makers, creators, and business owners actually live in. Draft-then-approve throughout — nothing sends unattended. Ask about a client, collaborator, or thread and get an answer grounded in your own history.
→ A working connector that surfaces context and open items before you respond.
- 04Recall · Week 4 · 2h
Your Second Brain, Karpathy-Style
Build an Obsidian vault structured on Andrej Karpathy's LLM Knowledge Base pattern — the operating layer where writitation's capture and recall actually live, session after session. Decisions, content ideas, and relationships tracked across time, not just this week.
→ An Obsidian Second Brain wired to your agent, plus a rollout plan for keeping it running.
§03 — Faculty
Taught by an operator who ships in public.
Ping Wu
Founder, WRITITATION® · TEDx speaker · AI educator · SVCACA Board of Directors
Creator of the WRITITATION® method (USPTO 99316519) and 25+ years from systems admin to cloud architect across ByteDance, Zuora, and SAP. Now an AI educator on the CSTU faculty — his first university course (CSE 651) drew 37 students in two weeks. The same capture-and-recall methodology behind a seven-figure FinOps engagement now powers this cohort’s Second Brain for decision-makers, creators, and business owners. He teaches the way he works: find the pattern, build the system, ship it where everyone can see. writitation.org was built live with this framework.

§04 — Why WRITITATION®
The course we wish existed when we started.
- I
Capture first, tool second
A CRM or note app can’t build the habit for you. Writitation does — capture everything the moment it happens, before it becomes the thread you have to go dig up.
- II
A tangible artifact
You don’t leave with notes about a system. You leave with a working Obsidian Second Brain, wired to your own agent, built on your own relationships and content.
- III
Tools you can replace
Because the method is tool-agnostic, it survives the next model release. The agents change; the capture-and-recall framework doesn’t.
§05 — Questions
Asked & answered.
Do I need a technical background?
No coding required. The cohort is for decision-makers, creators, and business owners — founders, chiefs of staff, marketers, community builders — not engineers. If you can describe who you need to reach and what you're tracking, you have everything this cohort assumes going in.
What if I already use a CRM or note app?
This isn't one more app to check separately. It's a Second Brain your agent reads from and writes to, built on your own outreach, meetings, and content — in practice a CRM without the $200/seat platform to configure and maintain.
What's the time commitment?
One live session a week for four weeks — about 8 hours total — plus a few minutes of daily writitation capture between sessions. Every session is recorded for replay.
Which AI tools will I learn?
Claude Chat, Cowork, and Code for the build layer, plus Obsidian as the operating layer where your Second Brain lives. Environment setup is folded into Session 1 — no prior experience required.
What do I leave with?
A working agent stack wired to your own email and notes, a reusable Skill that turns transcripts into structured summaries, and an Obsidian Second Brain — plus a rollout plan for keeping it running after the cohort ends.
Why only 6 seats?
This is built on your own outreach, meetings, and content, not a shared demo dataset — a small cohort is what keeps every session hands-on. If a live cohort doesn't fit your schedule, private AI coaching is available on a one-on-one basis.
§06 — Enroll · Limited to 6 seats
From pattern to platform, in four weeks.
$3,000 per seat
Reserve a seatFull refund through your first session.
- Four live sessions, recorded for lifetime replay
- Your agent stack — Claude Chat, Cowork, and Code — set up and wired to your own inbox and notes
- A reusable Skill that turns meeting notes or transcripts into structured summaries
- A working Obsidian Second Brain, plus a rollout plan for your team
Prefer one-on-one?
Private AI coaching is available for decision-makers, creators, and business owners who want the Second Brain built around their own schedule, not a cohort's.
