WRITITATION®

The WRITITATION® Method · Vol. 01 · Cohort 2026

Your niche is hiding in your own patterns.

A 4-week live cohort that turns the WRITITATION® practice into a living business: discover your niche, set your goals, and leave with a landing page live on your own domain. The AI tools — Claude Code, Codex, Gemini / Antigravity, Hermes, OpenClaw — are just how we ship it.

From the founder

“The hardest part of going solo isn’t the building. It’s knowing what to build — the one thing that’s actually yours.”

Most “AI company” courses hand you a toolbox and wish you luck. But a tool can’t tell you your niche. Your patterns can — the ones you repeat, avoid, and reach for without noticing. They’ve been writing your story all along; you just haven’t read it back.

This cohort starts there. We use WRITITATION® to surface what you’re uniquely wired to do, turn it into an offer with real goals, and then — only then — build the page that sells it. The AI agents are how we ship; they are not the point. I know it works because I built this site this way, in public.

— Ping Wu, founder of WRITITATION®

§02 — Syllabus

Eight sessions. Every one ships something.

Two live sessions a week over four weeks. The tooling comes only after you know what you’re building — never before.

  1. 01Discover · Week 1 · 2h

    The Filters of Your Mind

Why your niche is hiding in plain sight — how the mind deletes, distorts, and generalizes your most valuable signal. Writitation vs. journaling. Set up your daily practice.

Your writitation practice running — first morning + evening entries.

  2. 02Discover · Week 1 · 2h

    Pattern Inference

Read your repeating, avoiding, and addicting patterns with an AI agent as a cognitive mirror — one that reflects them back without flinching or forgetting.

Your top three Super Power Patterns, named and evidenced.

  3. 03Define · Week 2 · 2h

    Pain Point Archeology

Dig for the pains you are uniquely wired to solve — where your patterns meet a market that hurts. This intersection is your niche.

    A one-sentence niche statement: "I help ___ do ___ so they can ___."

  4. 04Define · Week 2 · 2h

    Augmented Goal Setting

Turn the niche into a concrete service offer and a 90-day goal map. Price, package, and the first person you'll serve.

Your offer + 90-day goal map.

  5. 05Deploy · Week 3 · 2h

    From Offer to Page

The anatomy of a landing page that converts: stop the visitor with a feeling, show the transformation, give one next step, leave them with a question. Write your page in your own voice.

Your landing-page copy, drafted section by section.

  6. 06Deploy · Week 3 · 2h

    Building with AI Agents

Drive Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini / Antigravity, Hermes, or OpenClaw in plain language to turn your copy into a real page. The skill is directing agents — not memorizing any one of them.

    Your landing page running locally.

  7. 07Launch · Week 4 · 2h

    Ship It

Containerize and deploy to the cloud; connect your domain; go live with HTTPS. Supporting runbooks provided — the same path writitation.org took.

Your landing page live on your own domain.

  8. 08Launch · Week 4 · 2h

    The Accountable Loop + Showcase

Keep the practice as the feedback loop that drives iteration; measure and refine. Cohort showcase.

Capstone: your live service page + a writitation habit that keeps it sharp.

§03 — Faculty

Taught by an operator who ships in public.

Ping Wu

Founder, WRITITATION® · TEDx speaker · AI educator

Creator of the WRITITATION® method (USPTO 99316519) and 25+ years from systems admin to cloud architect across ByteDance, Zuora, and SAP. Now an AI educator — his first university course (CSE 651 at CSTU) drew 37 students in two weeks. He teaches the way he works: find the pattern, build the system, ship it where everyone can see. writitation.org was built live with this framework.

§04 — Why WRITITATION®

The course we wish existed when we started.

  1. I

    Inner work first

You can’t out-tool a niche you haven’t found. The practice finds it — in the patterns you already have.

  2. II

    A tangible artifact

You don’t leave with notes. You leave with a landing page, live on your own domain, that you built yourself.

  3. III

    Tools you can replace

Because the method is tool-agnostic, it survives the next model release. The agents change; the framework doesn’t.

§05 — Questions

Asked & answered.

Do I need a technical background?

No coding required. The course is for working professionals — designers, marketers, PMs, engineers, consultants — who want to build a business. The hands-on sessions teach you to direct AI agents in plain language; no prior dev experience is assumed.

What if I don’t know my niche yet?

That’s the point of starting here. The first two weeks exist precisely to surface it from your own patterns. Most people arrive unsure and leave with a one-sentence niche they can defend.

What’s the time commitment?

Two live sessions a week for four weeks — about 16 hours total — plus ten minutes of daily writitation practice between sessions. Every session is recorded for replay.

Which AI tools will I learn?

You’ll work with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini / Antigravity, Hermes, and OpenClaw — but only as means to ship your page. We teach the skill of directing agents, not the trivia of any one tool.

What do I leave with?

A named niche, a service offer with a 90-day goal map, and a landing page live on your own domain — plus a daily practice that keeps all three sharp.

§06 — Enroll · 20 seats
